How to understand what to eat when stressed is like stopping a volcano from exploding.

What to eat when stressed is a great question.

The answer is anything! But only temporarily.

When you allow yourself to eat anything, here’s what paradoxically happens.

1) you gain mental headspace to discover why you are stress eating and the benefits you are getting of stress eating.

2) you can focus on eating mindfully

get over an obsession

You must discover why you are eating stressfully in order to be free from this cycle.

Stress eating has benefits such as feeling good, excitement, etc.

You must be very clear on the pro’s and the con’s of stress eating.

Don’t just think to yourself that stress eating is bad.

Also, don’t just say you’ll stop. Life is more complicated than that.

After you realize the full picture of why you stress eat, then you must first shift to eating mindfully.
