  1. Thank you for mentioning that omega-3 fatty acids, which are good for heart health, are found in sushi. My granddad has a medical issue. I want to give him a meal for his birthday, but I don't want to jeopardize his health. I believe it would be appropriate to take my grandfather to the sushi restaurant after reading your essay.

    1. Yes probably ok, sushi generally speaking “healthy”, won’t lead to higher cholesterol, etc. Omega 3’s are of course good for the heart too. And having a stress free time with family is perhaps the best way to reduce stress which is of course good!

      Of course fish can be a food allergen so please just make sure you’re granddad is good with fish, etc
