But truth be told …
The key to losing weight is just eating healthy.
Keto is great. Don’t get me wrong. But keto gives you two tools:
- intermittent fasting
These two tools are scientific and yes, do work.
Because these tools are new and scientific, people get excited and believe in themselves again.
With this increased confidence and motivation, then people become more disciplined with their diets.
They do the following:
- eat more veggies
- get more protein
- eat less processed foods
It’s these 3 factors, not the 2 tools, which account for keto’s results.
In fact, you don’t have to follow keto or intermittent fast to get these results!
You can get them by just eating healthy!
